The Intersolar is the largest trade show for solar technology worldwide.  It focuses on the areas Photovoltaics, Solar Thermal and Solar Building.

In 2009 the Intersolar will take place from May 27-29 in Munich, Germany. With over 1300 exhibitors and over 100,000 m², the Intersolar is the leading international solar technology trade show.  Accompanying science and technology conferences, such as the PV Industry Forum, are an important part of the trade show and are attended by exhibitors and trade visitors from all over the world.

The Intersolar is the only trade fair for solar technology in Europe that is officially recognized by both the German Association for Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) and the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) as an international trade fair.
